| This hotel is a real gem.My wife and I arrived from England for our first visit to NYC. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door, the staff were extremely friendly without being over bearing and we were shown to our room on the 8th floor. We were a little apprehensive after reading various reviews some good some bad. These concerns were quickly laid to rest. The room was clean well furnished, reasonably spacious and had amazing views with Grand Central station to the left. The bathroom was small but again clean. There were lots of nice touches in the room such as bathrobes, slippers and various beauty products to keep my wife entertained. Having mentioned it was my wifes birthday we also found a bottle of champagne on ice. The plasma TV and integral CD/DVD player kept me happy. On leaving the hotel we only walked a few blocks to find ourselves at The Empire State building, Macy's (wife happy again) and Time Square so a great location. As our stay went on we became good friends with the staff, this was mainly due to the relaxed atmosphere created by the wine tasting each evening, a chance to chat with other guests and swap stories about the days events. Definitely return to NYC and 70 Park Ave.

| Stayed labor day weekend with wife and two kids. Was a little leery of some of the responses but turned out great. We didn't get the screamin deals that have been posted ($75/nt) - paid $135 which included buffet breakfast for all four, so not too bad. Lobby is very nice, rooms larger than standard and very nice, Pool and bar great, hotel staff exceptional, driver (Joe) very prompt and helpful (Free service to local area restaurants, etc). Only complaint we had was really not the hotel iteself but the surrounding area. The sidewalks were all broken up or non-existent which meant you could not walk anywhere. Theres not much to walk to anyway. Other than that we all agreed (Kids are real hotel critics) that the hotel was excellent. And for the first time scouting around Atlanta- hats off to you. Your city is beautiful and very diverse.

| Because of an early flight we needed to stay close to Logan airport and there is nothing better then the Hilton. We booked the room at Hotwire ($ 97) and enjoyed it very much. The room was clean and the beds were just great!

| I just returned from a two night stay. I reserved a King Deluxe Room. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly, and escorted to the front desk. Even though check in was at 3pm, they had my room ready for me at noon. The staff is what makes this hotel so nice, they are genuine and care about the guests needs and requests. Rooms are classical style, with black and white marble baths. I was in room #1435 which didn't have much of a view, but it was quiet and immaculate. Turndown service was great, they go the extra mile to make sure you're room is turned down before you arrive back to the hotel. In short this is a great luxury hotel, very expensive at $500 a night, but if you have the cash, then a stay at the Pierre gives you the true New York experience.

| I spent one night at the Hacienda Hotel due to a layover at LAX. I had a room in the west tower. The room obviously wasn't new but was in good condition. It was a decent size but not large room. The bathroom was larger than most hotels. Everything worked, looked good and I had no complaints. I arrived late enough that my dinning choice had to be the 24 hour restaurant at the hotel. The restaurant was nice enough, the service was good and friendly, and the food was good and reasonably priced (except for the $4.50 bottle of domestic beer). The night club was active until well after 11 PM. It seems to be a popular dancing spot for those that really know how to dance. Worst part was it took the shuttle a while to pick me up at the terminal. But the many terminals at LAX likely add to that problem.

| Nice room - Nice front desk help. Very clean and the beds and pillows were the best I've ever had in a hotel like this. The only problem is the slamming of the doors. Our neighbor slammed his door until 12 am. The next day, he had a do not disturb sign out, but that didn't stop everybody from slamming their doors!

| Booked this hotel based on the reviews here and also it's proximity to Boston city centre.
Difficult to find initially as we arrived by car, but once that was negotiated, everything else was great.
It is only 10 mins walk from the T station, which is then only another 10 minutes max into downtown Boston. The free breakfast provided was more than adequate for us with a wide range of cereal, muffins, toast, bagels etc...to fill you up.
All in all, a great hotel in a handy location.

| Albion Hotel's room was very big and I got a small view of South Beach Sea out the window. The hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to offer advice. The pool was clean and warm, the hotel food was pretty good. There is a building next to the hotel pool area which tells you the temperature and time which I thought was really handy to view. Overall I would definitely stay at the Albion Hotel again!
