The lower rate must be found within 24 hours of the reservation having been confirmed by DHR.com. We offer the best rates according to the booking date, so we can only match the lower rate to the same date. |

Room Types, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, services included must be the same. I.e. if you have a booked with DHR.com a double, twin or triple room reservation, you cannot compare this rate to a single room. DHR.com has no hidden fees. Please make sure the same services, taxes and fees are included in the lower rate. |

The lower rate should have the same cancellation policy. |

The website that offers the lower rate must offer instant online confirmation. |

To claim, you must submit the Best rate refund request form within 24 hours after making your original booking with DHR.com. |

You do not have to book the accommodation on the website with the lower rates, just provide us with the details requested and we will do the rest. |

DHR.com reserves the right to modify, change, suspend or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice. |
