If you expect to arrive after 21.00 hours we suggest that you contact the hotel directly and inform them of your arrival time because some hotels and apartments have limited reception services after 21.00 hours.
For early check in it is advisable to book from the previous night to ensure the room is available when you arrive. If you want to keep your room until after the check out time you need to arrange a late check out directly with the hotel reception. You will be required to pay a Day rate to keep your room or to make use of another guest room. The day rate is payable directly to the hotel.

It's very easy to check your bookings and control your account online at www.DHR.com. From the top of the home page please click 'My Account'. You will be required to log in with your e-mail address and password.
Once you have logged in you can; View your reservation history, check your e-mails from us and make amendments and cancellations. Once you have completed your stay you can print your invoice.
Enter the 'My Account' page of the DHR.com website and click on 'Forgot my password'. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address and your password will be sent to you.
It's important that you print the pre paid accommodation voucher to take to the hotel. There is no need to print the voucher from the computer originally used to make your booking. If you have recently made the booking, please allow time for the hotel's own reservation system to update especially over week ends.
If you have your pre paid accommodation voucher this means that your booking has been confirmed to our company. In most cases Rooms are booked through allocated allotment and not on a name basis. It is general practice that until closer to the check in date the names of the guests are not released by our supplier. All of the confirmation details are on your pre paid accommodation voucher.
In the unlikely event that the hotel is still unable to locate your booking, please contact us straightaway. If you do not contact us and you do not give us the chance to assist or you decide not to go to the hotel, please note that no refund will be applicable as per our cancellation policy.
